Depends on how critical you are making things. At normal boost levels, you will almost definately be OK. If anything, you might be able to stand a little more ignition timing (say 15* BTDC instead of 12*). If you are shooting for the 25+# boost levels, then you will benefit from a more agressive timing advance. If anything, you are moving things to the "safer" side with the lower compression.

You should get a custom cal as the compression is lower. On a light car like yours, you might not notice it as much but heavier vehicles, IE my van, I noticed it right away.

Your computer is limited to 14.7 lbs of boost before cutout. To go past this, you need to defeat the computer by using a MAP cutout and then you'll need bigger injectors, or cold starts or a custom cal. Theres more to it but thats the basics.
Stock turbo is limited due to size, stock head etc, with a good flowing exhaust system, some head work, maybe 22 psi. Your limited by your log intake manifold, you should update to the one or two piece setup. Our FAQ's and Gary's site cover this swap. If needed, I have all the hardware to do it.

Yes, all 2.2/2.5L heads are interchangealbe except the Lotus TIII head which bolts on but needs all the other goodies to work.

Go here- www.thedodgegarage.com scroll down to the turbo database section and read for a few days,

Roy, just buy a used motor from here
    http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9131

That would be the cheapest way to go.
