    Oil Restrictor

    took the head off my non common block 2.2 (not certain of the year) to check if there is an oil restrictor, couldn't find one and don't really know where it goes so if any one has pics or can explain please do so.

    If your looking at the block, sitting in the car, its at the right front, or drivers side front. Its an inverted metal cap with a small hole in the center.

    I have got one from the dealer and will be putting it in today, there wasn't one in there when I took the head off.
