I have a few Shelby Chargers at the moment and have the engine rebuilt for my 85. Now I'm looking for a good place to get a turbo from and/or a good name brand to look for. Suggestions?

Welcome to the site!
Chris at Turbos Unleashed, or Cindy at FWD Performance are the two places I would check first.
If you want to have your current unit rebuilt, I would check out G-Pop Shop out of AZ. I've gotten a few rebuild kits from them, and they've been great. I wouldn't hesitate to send them a turbo to rebuild.
I have a few turbos that have been rebuilt with zero miles on them. Might be will to part with some. I'm located in the Twin Cities. If you're gonna have a turbo rebuilt I would suggest the staggered turbine seal and 360° thrust bearing upgrade at a minimum. VSA balancing is great to have done if you want a quiet turbo. Price has came down some on that service, but not many rebuilders have a VSA balancing machine at their disposal. Almost all the turbo cartridges (CHRA) you'll find on eBay are Chinese knockoffs. There are good aftermarket hard parts out there, and bad, so be cautious. If the price is too good to be true, then it probably is (lol). The same can be said for the rebuild kits should you want to attempt a rebuild on your own.

"The sole condition which is required in order to succeed in centralizing the supreme power in a democratic community, is to love equality, or to get men to believe you love it. Thus the science of despotism, which was once so complex is simplified, and reduced . . . . to a single principle."
-- Alexis de Tocqueville
"One of the methods used by statists to destroy capitalism consists in establishing controls that tie a given industry hand and foot, making it unable to solve its problems, then declaring that freedom has failed and stronger controls are necessary."

"To evolve, you don't need a Constitution. All you need is a legislature and a ballot box . . . . things will evolve as much as you want. All of these changes can come about democratically; you don't need a Constitution to do that and it's not the function of a Constitution to do that."
-- Justice Antonin Scalia
