I got it, it was just really stubborn. I tried to delete post so here is an explanation I couldnt get the red pin lock out of the 60 pin. I tried a pick at first but it couldn't get it out so finally I used a small straight blade precision screwdriver. It was stiff enough to pry the lock up and out. Then I could see the lock tab at the bottom. Using the same screwdriver I was able to release the pin.
