i can't for the life of me figure out an easy way to get these buggers out, the crappy part is that i know that i have done it before, in a junkyard none the less. Any suggestions would be great

Rear window as in hatch window? It is glued in.
Rear window as in 1/4 windows? They are glued and screwed in, need to take out plastic interior panels to get to nuts.

oh, i've gotten that far, believe me. i just cant get them off of the metal now without braking the crap out of them. i'm about to say screw it, and send to the scrap heap with that half of the car.
gotta use a razor knife and cut behind them real good...
