Nice. Is there a class requirement on points etc for the 10s?

I just built an 8pt cage in my Scout II. 80% 2" DOM. Turned out freaking heavy.

NHRA requires a roll bar (5 pt min) and harnesses for 11.49 and quicker 1/4 mile then a cage (10 pt) and other gear for 9.99

I know you don't need a cage till 9's ET, but bar is limited to 135mph, which is what shut me down years ago. (a little bit BS because everyone knows rules are based off of RWD E.T. vs MPH)

Yes, 132mph.... but just the bar for now. Most tracks don't make a big deal about the mph, at least with the Z running mid 10's over 140 nobody has walked over with the rule book yet

Finally some time to make some updates…

Badass Minivan Roll Bar Install - early 2023, after running the first ever FWD Mopar minivan 10 second pass, we decided safety is important and also wanted to comply with NHRA/IHRA rules requiring a roll bar in vehicles quicker than 11.50 so that we could take it to any track without doubt. Here are a few pics from the install. Yes, it was installed in the same driveway the van was put together in.

When i picked up the tube I said it was for a roll bar for our minivan and said "bet you never heard that before" and got strange looks LoL
