k-car mechanic in SW Washington/Portland area needed badly

Hi Everyone,
I've got an 85' LeBaron convertible that I love. I want to have it forever. I can't find a mechanic in my area that has experience and/or passion about working on K-cars. The last mechanic I took it to did something and now the car barely runs. At this point I'm ready to spend some real money to fix it right, I'm even open to learning about engine swaps/upgrades. I want to make it as reliable as I can.

Anyway, I thought I'd ask here if anyone has any mechanics they would recommend in the South West Washington, Portland, OR area?
Please help, any leads will be appreciated.
