    Running mpscan suite on my tablet

    I downloaded mpscan suite and tried to extract it but got a pop-up state that I didn't have an app to do that. What app should I look for to do this?
    The only substitute for cubic inches is cubic dollars, how fast can you afford to go?

    Jeff, what kind of tablet? (Windows or Android) And which mpscan suite file did you download exactly?
