    Wtb: 2.5” sv

As the title states, I need a 2.5 inch swing valve for a TII turbo. I’m sure I have one around here somewhere, but I would like one sooner rather than whenever one eventually turns up. PM or email me if you have one for sale please.

    Brian,
You are aware that Cindy bought Turbonetics NOS stock of these right? That was several years ago, but last I heard she still has them in stock. IIRC, there was like 150 or more of these available from Turbonetics at the time. As a frequent customer, I was even approached about the availability of these. Price was right but you had to buy the whole enchilada for that price.

I knew she had some, but I figured there was someone like me who usually has more than they know what to do with them. I've upgraded several turbos over the last couple years and I know I have at least one kicking around somewhere, but where...

I was hoping that someone might have one for a decent, get this out of my house price. If not, I'll call Cindy. Thanks for the info though, Todd.

I'll look for one I have, or as I recall
    John Laing

"The sole condition which is required in order to succeed in centralizing the supreme power in a democratic community, is to love equality, or to get men to believe you love it. Thus the science of despotism, which was once so complex is simplified, and reduced . . . . to a single principle."
    -- Alexis de Tocqueville

"One of the methods used by statists to destroy capitalism consists in establishing controls that tie a given industry hand and foot, making it unable to solve its problems, then declaring that freedom has failed and stronger controls are necessary."
    --Ayn Rand

"To evolve, you don't need a Constitution. All you need is a legislature and a ballot box . . . . things will evolve as much as you want. All of these changes can come about democratically; you don't need a Constitution to do that and it's not the function of a Constitution to do that."
    -- Justice Antonin Scalia

Thanks John. If you find it, let me know. I hope we're not in the same boat with 2.5" SV floating around that we can't find.

I’m going to give one more look around the house, but if anyone has a so they want to get rid of, let me know.

Thanks Randy. It is surprising how much stuff we used to trip over at the yards is now unobtainable.

    Right on Brian!!

I have a shop full of once valuable but not now items.

Shipping costs are so high now they often outweigh the part value

A few years back I sent a guy in Florida a complete 2.5 Turbo short block!!

It was affordable back then but I couldn't even guess how much it cost now.

    Thanks
    Randy
