    Fwd stage 4 cal no fuel

    Have a 91 spirit RT. Recently installed stage 4 cal . Now my fuel pump will not run . If I plug my stock ecu back in it will run. How can this be corrected ?

    Fuel pump won't run indicated something wrong with the chip. Call Cindy.

    Yep. If the pump won't prime, its generally the chip at the lest, perhaps the board itself though.

    ran some tests and confirmed that the ECU is not functioning. anyone have recommendations on aftermarket cals other than FWD Performance?

    Eventually we should have another run of MPFlash modules. You could use it to modify your ECU to be flashable. Then you can simply reflash a new cal any time you want.

    But, it could be some component(s) on this ECU is bad. If it is just the cal file itself is corrupted with an error, then a flash module is an option for you. If the board has a bad driver or capacitor or something, then a flash module won't fix that.
