36-1 Trigger Wheel Crank Pulley Adapters

Looks like I'm getting closer in my quest to being able to provide these.
Been working with a local engineer to help design an adapter to mount a 36-1 wheel to the crank pulley for aftermarket ECU conversions.
The adapter will have bolt patterns for the DIYAutotune 36-1 wheels (both the ~6" and ~8"), as well as the Ford pattern 36-1 wheels (the black one in the photos).
The adapter will fit both the FM style underdrive pulley and the factory pulley. Fits with A/C.
Should work with non-A/C pulley, but will be further out from the edge of the pulley, but that would give you clearance to use the smaller trigger wheel even with the factory diameter pulley.

Pictured is the printed prototype. Going to order a working machined prototype soon, to test. I will be test fitting the printed one to the car to check, but we have a couple adjustments already made for the machined prototype.
Going to try to target about $120 with anodizing and new crank pulley bolts.
Depending on numbers, we might be able to get it done a bit cheaper.

Anyone interested in being part of a group buy, please reply here if you want in. Feel free to share. Also if you prefer anodized Black or Clear.
    (Majority will win here.)
We are still several weeks out from making an order, but trying to get an idea of interest to better firm up pricing.

Re: 36-1 Trigger Wheel Crank Pulley Adapters

Pictured is the printed model adapter nested in the underdrive crank pulley and the stock crank pulley.
This wheel is 6.25" or something like that. With the factory crank pulley (and A/C) you'd have to use the 8" wheel.
If no A/C, and the A/C pulley section was removed, you should have clearance to use this wheel pictured.

    This is the latest update:
I was still waiting on 2 quotes, but have not heard from those shops, so I will pick from the 2 shops I have received a quote.

Before we can take formal orders, we need to machine a prototype for testing.

I have been working alot of extra at my real job, but have still been trying to keep this moving. I want to at least fit the printed prototype on my car to check for any issues also before we get into producing any.

Pricing looks like it will either be on target or just under. I will know more once we make some final calculations. I'm targeting August to get these produced, if there are no hold-ups with testing the prototype.

Put me down for one Wayne. I only have the stock pulley so I'm guessing I would need the 8" one?

Jon, Does your pulley have the A/C pulley?
I don't have a non A/C crank pulley to show the example, but I think it should work fine for non A/C and using the smaller 36-1 wheel, since there should be adequate clearance for the sensor. If not, then yes the larger 8" wheel would be needed.

All the pullies I own have the AC track, so the 8" wheel is what I would need, I'm guessing.

    That would be one option.
Also, if you don't have an A/C compressor, I hear it is possible to seperate the A/C pulley section from the other half.
