    T-III Idler and Tensioner replacements

Looking to replace my timing and serpentine tensioners and idlers. Only the serpentine idler seems to be available from Chrysler right now. What are my options? Also, how different are the two idlers for the serpentine system? In other words: the one that’s the actual idler and the other that mounts to the tensioner.

Re: T-III Idler and Tensioner replacements

Hey man, I miss this place. My car has been sitting idle for 15 years now.... and my young daughter is giving me initiative to get it running again. I kind of want to throw a quick rebuild the old drivetrain 8v drivetrain, but this T-III has been a dream of mine for, well... 15 years. lol. Hoping to find solutions for the tensioners and idlers.

Re: T-III Idler and Tensioner replacements

Some time ago I thought it was mentioned the timing belt pulley for the Chrysler SOHC V6 engines (3.2/3.5/4.0) was a almost perfect fit for the T3 timing belt idler pulley ?

    I second the notion.
