86 New Yorker Down On Power

My car was left sitting for a couple of months while I was figuring out electrical issues. Fired up just fine yesterday, but when I took it out for a test run, I noticed that it would bog when taking off from a stop light and was down on power.
Seems to run smooth otherwise, but I am concerned about the lack of power. This engine used to have plenty of zip, now it has me scratching my head. I suppose it's possible that the timing belt jumped a tooth, but I don't see how. It ran great when I parked it and I put fresh gas in it before I fired it up. Haven't had the chance to check the timing because of the weather. It had the timing belt replaced about 2 years ago and has had very few miles put on since then.

Yes it is a great idea to double check the cam timing and spark timing
OK what is the fuel pressure?
    Do you have a scanner?

Sorry in advance if Mr. obvious is making an appearance but you asked... Cylinder(s) not getting fuel or spark? Plug will look normal if not getting fuel. Is the engine running on all four cylinders? Are you sure the tranny is downshifting into first gear from a stop? Starting vehicle out in 2nd or 3rd gear makes the car feel really doggy. Check by placing car manually in first gear, then second, then third, and counting shifts. Also make sure the turbo is functional. Compressor wheel is tough to see and check on a log manifold car, but temporarily plumbing in boost gauge should tell you if your turbo is boosting normally or not. Stuck caliper(s) would require lots of throttle to get up to, and maintain speed. Calipers like to stick when vehicle isn't used on a regular basis. You can check those easily by testing with digital infrared thermometer on the rotors or if you don't have one of those, your nose (lol). As mentioned cam timing and spark timing too.

It runs too smooth to have a cylinder not firing. I had another 4 cylinder vehicle that dropped a cylinder and it ran extremely rough, not nice and even like this. It's not a sticking caliper, because it rolls easily down my driveway in neutral. I will try shifting it manually and see what happens.
