    Ran the Daytona Yesterday

    For the First OFFICIAL time and well for mostly stock I dont think I did too terribly bad. for my first time out anyways,what you think. I ran it last year at Turbopolooza but had little drive time behind the wheel and got a 16.4something

    Tell us some more info for the people who don't know ya. What year, T1 or T2, Shelby please do share. What all has been it to? Other then that great job on the times.

    Nice. Any car in the 15's is fast by me,
    1989 FWD Turbo Caravan-2.5 TIII, GT35R, auto, a/c, cruise, pwr windows/locks, fully loaded with interior and ran with full exhaust. RETIRED FOR A FEW YEARS! 12.57@104 :O)

    Okay sorry. Its a 89 shelby daytona 2.2 CB lets just say its a fresh rebuilld to stock specs, 3" exhaust, Stock intercooler. and 11 lbs of boost. I also had a 200lbs passanger and a full tank of 93 octane full (unexpecterd trip to the track)

    Actually pretty good time for only 11# of boost. With traction would be in the 14's easily.
    Similar times, when I started with my first TM(88 Z), ended up low 13's with slicks and boost.

    His car does run strong. Getting decent traction he gave a turbo 3.0 a good little run that I got to witness. Keep working on that launch Mike, you got 14's on their way. That sig you have really describes owning a turbo mopar very well. The Lebaron is now waiting for a clutch. LOL. Great job at the track though.

    Thanks Jeremy, I cannot wait to do the crysler classic again hehe. Im headed to turbopolooza this weekend then after that its parked for the season, I do have big plans for it (to me atleast) so maybe next year I'll hit 12's
