This is what happens when you take something apart and go to put it back together about ten years later. I want to put a new A/C condenser in the '85 K-car, then the radiator. The condenser has two rubber nubs on the bottom that fit into two holes down below, similar to the radiator. But what holds the upper part of the condenser to the radiator support? There is a rubber bushing with a metal sleeve on each side (see pic) and these line up with matching holes in the body's radiator support. But what attaches the bushing to the holes? There must be some kind of spacer as the condenser tilts forward if the bushings touch the holes. I have the whole three volume '85 service manual and can't find any illustration of this.
Thanks!
