Things have changed a bit probably since you've been out of the loop.
The original BoostButton (Rob Lloyd) had divested his business and basically got out of it.
It was purchased and operated by Rob Mercer (in SC and on Facebook mostly). He had posted a while back that he was having some difficulty with the hardware side of things, but would still be available for calibrations.

There are others here who are trying to gear up to see if we can provide hardware items people have been wanting that have been largely unavailable since Rob Lloyd closed up his operation.
In the interim, those with a bit of do-it-yourself and technical skills have successfully built their own FTDI cables, and flash modules, and socketed and/or modified ecu to be flashable.

If you just want a cal, you can try contacting Rob Mercer, and see if he is able to help.
