Why? You want your car to run rich all the time?

Re: +20's
I ran 20's on the S3 computer for a 2.5. You'll be fat as hell without an AFPR. The stock computer, being a T2 in your case, thinks it still has 33 pph injectors, now you're puting in 42pph injectors, unless Cindy changed the coding in the computer where it accepts +20's only, but I doubt that, so you'll be way to fat. Get an AFPR and bring the base pressure down. Start at 50psi static and work you're way down.

What injector size and fuel pressure is it advertized to require?
IMHO all cals should be tuned for a certain injector size and stock fuel pressure or the 43psi the injectors were designed for. No cal should need to have a higher or lower fuel pressure to run, that variable should be left for fine tuning as needed.
I run 42pph injectors in my T2 2.2L Shadow with the MP CSX stage 2, although I have an AFPR I run stock pressure with 100 octane.
Not sure how much more aggressive their stage 3 is but I would think you can manage. If it dont work, go get an AFPR.

Re: +20's
I ran +20s on both the stock GLHS computer and the MP stage II without a AFPR, and they worked fine. They were a little fat with the stock computer, but really not that bad. I think they would be fine.
