    Dill Blox Electrical Panel Parts

Not sure how many people want to get involved in this, but I am looking to buy the parts and terminals to build out a fuse panel for the interior to replace the one in my Charger.

    Link to product page

    http://www.dillblox.com/partnumberindex.html

There is a PDF at www.interactivetrainers.com/tm for the PDF catalog.

The Dill Blox link is their main product page, not terribly helpful when it comes to vendors who offer the pieces and so far I have only found one that will sell items. Problem is, this is a bulk item vendor so they are going to sell me what I need, but it has been a struggle to get attention. There are alternatives for the terminals, but I cannot confirm the exactness of the terminals and would like to get everything in one place. I figure with what I want, it would be cost effective to get anywhere from 5-10 orders that would make it easier to get what I personally need, but if anyone else is interested it would possibly help them also.

    Some items I am purchasing:

PT-059011-B DILL BLOX WEDGE RED - Used to connect the pieces together
PT-059027-B DILL BLOX, FLASHER - Flasher module for our cars, optional if you don't need this for anything
PT-059224-B 8W MINI FUSE MOD - Mini fuse block, holds 8 fuses and I'm getting 3
PT-059239-B 2" MOUNTING LEG - Legs to mount to the vehicle, figuring 4 for my order
PT-059189-B DILL BLOX, 3X MICRO RELAY - Adding a relay option, holds 3 relays
PT-059215-B DILL BLOX, BLANK - Blank to make it rectangular

Pricing for what I am ordering
    12 PT-59011-B DILL BLOX WEDGE RED 0.90000 $10.80
    2 PT-059027-B DILL BLOX, FLASHER 3.80000 $7.60
    4 PT-059224-B 8W MINI FUSE MOD 7.70000 $30.80
    4 PT-059239-B 2" MOUNTING LEG 3.00000 $12.00
    1 PT-059189-B DILL BLOX, 3X MICRO RELAY 4.90000 $4.90
    1 PT-059215-B DILL BLOX, BLANK 3.60000 $3.60

$69.70 total for this configuration, not including terminals.

I don't have firm pricing on terminals, as these vary based on the quantity. I know that most require a minimum of 250 and I was thinking 15-30 per style, per gauge. I know this can add up, but here are some prices I was quoted. Note the quantity minimum. The woman I spoke to acted like she would help out on the larger ones, but the ~200 count ones I think are good prices overall compared to what I THINK are the same part numbers from various other sites.

    Terminals, prices and minimum quantities.

    12015869-L TERM M/P 630 F SN PLTD UNSLD 0.24180 200 $48.36 for 200
    12015870-L TERM M/P 630 F SN PLTD UNSLD 0.24220 150 $36.33 for 150
    12084590-L TERM M/P 630 F SN PLTD UNSLD 0.24400 190 $46.36 for 190
    927783-3 0.34210 10 $3.40 for 10
    927775-3 0.32420 4000
    144432-1 0.13660 3000
    12065894-L TERM M/P 480 F SN PLTD UNSLD 0.35310 250 $88.28 for 250
    12065892-L TERM M/P 480 F SN PLTD UNSLD 0.51090 250 $127.73 for 250

For 30 terminals of each of these, it would be $71.85.

For around $150, the interior fuse panel would be upgraded and have replaceable, expandable configurations that really no car has an option for, except the cars advertised in Year One. The closest thing I saw to this setup was something from Painless on the Summit site, it was $169 and had screw down wire connections. Which, that is fine I guess if you want to just cut and secure down, but I prefer this idea to clean up what I want to have and don't want and also to have an actual terminal and not some wire that can get pulled out or come loose. Simply my preference I know.

Again, if you're not in the process of redoing your interior, you could use this in the engine bay or both. Something to consider. ALL the part numbers are in the catalog, but they are just the 6-8 digit number and not the other prefixes or suffixes to what this company offers.

For clarity, I personally will order the pieces, pay for them and ship to you whatever you would like. I'll foot the initial bill for the product and you would pay me for items requested and shipping costs. Please post up if you have questions, interested to see if anyone would be willing to do this. I'd like to move on this soon so I can get my car back together, but I'll see who is interested and go from there.

Because the different modules use different terminals, please take a look at the catalog and see what terminals you would need in case they are different from what my blox use. There is a terminal code for each type, some use the same. I think the ones listed above are 062, 220 and 240/260.

Re: Dill Blox Electrical Panel Parts

Well while I was not actively promoting this "group buy", there didn't seem to be any interests except for two of us, so I went ahead and bought the pieces I wanted. I am planning to get the terminals and start getting things in place, but all I can say is these things are super cool. I have only one complaint about the way pieces lock together, but overall it is very impressive how it works.

I am also going to start a new thread and keep track of pricing, part numbers, pictures of what I'm getting, etc.
