    Spirit RT tach acting up

1991 Spirit RT. Noticed my tach is not working at times. Won't rev up properly and the needle will stick. Any thoughts on a repair or a shop that can fix this?

I can reflow the joints, or swap the tach from another unit if you wanna ship your cluster to me. is the red line the same as the normal AA body cars?

Most of the time its the needle itself rubbing the gauge face. usually can just grab and pull the needle out slightly. The tach is a 6500 redline, standard aa is 6000. I do have a nos 6500 tach if you need a replacement

Do you have a pic of what solder joints you reflow?
Or do you just do all?

I do a good look over and look very close for cracks.

sometimes they are not as pronounced sometimes even more with a black ring from shorting out on and off.
