BC Racing Adapted Coilover Suspension Set-up

What are you guys with the adapted BC's running for suspension set-up.
There was nothing in the box for instructions, so I set up the front coils with 4mm of preload as I read online. I currently have 65mm between the lock rings. My lower control arms are pointing upward, so I know that the front is too low and I need to raise it. What distance are you guys running between the lock rings?
What is the maximum distance that is allowed between the lock rings, I thought I read somewhere that it was 80mm?
I was told to run as must caster as I can. I am going to have the front camber aligned to -1.5 degrees and 0 toe, and have the caster maxed out positive but equal on both sides.

I do enjoy autocrossing the car so I am looking for a little more aggressive setup.
I need to get the rear swapped out soon, the car has a nasty forward rake right now with the stock suspension in the rear.

    Thanks

To raise the car with BCs, you don't need to change the spring preload or distance. You loosen the bottom lock ring (not on the spring) and spin the entire coilover body and spring assembly to lower the spindle bracket on the bottom, making the entire assembly longer and raising ride height.

I know that, I am more curious how much pre-load people are running and basically what their ride height is based on the difference between the two lock rings. I know that pre-load is set once and then height is based on threading the shock into the body of the shock.

Do you have the original SRT-4 coilover that Rich was selling originally or the longer ones he is selling now? There will be two different answers based on that. I have the original SRT-4 setup and I had to put 1/2" spacers on top of my coilover camber plates to get a good ride height and still have enough thread engagement in the bottom bracket.

That is why he is now selling the set with a longer-bodied shock, so the spacers are no longer needed.

I purchased mine in April, I am pretty sure I got the longer ones, there was no spacer included. I also got the new rear coil spring mounting brackets that require 2 5/16 holes.

I don't adjust the preload at all for the springs.
