I was running late and The wife's Jeep would not start so I left her the Dakota and took the Shadow... Des Plaines to the track in 30 minutes flat
It was grey and raining out but the highway was fairly open so I was rolling with the quicker traffic at 90ish when I was passed by a 745i. I decided to stick behind him (at a much quicker clip) but had difficulty cuz I had to pedal the throttle to keep the tires from spinning violently under boost... too much throttle and the speedo went from 'almost buried' to more than 1/2 way past the odometer digits... damn rain! The ride home was dry, but still fun even with twice the traffic
