Tips on doing valve stem seals on car

Hi. Could someone walk me through doing valve stem seals on a TIII Spirit? I'm thinking the cams have to come out...is a special spring compressor needed? Please fill in the blanks. Thanks

I built a spring compressor and I'm pretty sure Jackson has something similar that allows for an on the car swap. I have done at least 10 sets on the car, using compressed air and my custom spring compressor. Now that I have a mill and lathe, I am going to machine a nicer version. Make sure you use the 4.6? Thunderbird seals. They work awesome, just make sure you remove the factory spring shim, as the new seal has one built in.
