Need help choosing spring rates for Spirit R/T coilovers

Want to order some coil overs for my R/T but unsure of a good all around spring rate. The choices are:

    336 lbs/in front
    336 lbs/in rear

    336 lbs/in front
    392 lbs/in rear

    392 front
    392 rear

    392 f
    448 r

    448 f
    448 r

    448 f
    504 r

    504 f
    504 r

    560 f
    504 r

The car is mainly going to be a street car but may see some track and auto cross type events. I don't mind sacrifice some comfort for handling purposes.

I would ask BC what springs rates their shocks are reccomended for.

you dont want over sprung or undersprung shocks.
the should be designed to work in a range or window.

I talked to Rich and the numbers he told me are a lot different than what you have posted, but then I went to his ordering site and saw the above numbers. Here is the conversion.
    6K (336lbs/in Front / 6K (336lbs/in) Rear
    6K (336lbs/in Front / 7K (392lbs/in) Rear
    7K (392lbs/in Front / 6K (336lbs/in) Rear
    7K (392lbs/in Front / 7K (392lbs/in) Rear
    7K (392lbs/in Front / 8K (448lbs/in) Rear
    8K (448lbs/in Front / 8K (448lbs/in) Rear
    8K (448lbs/in Front / 9K (504lbs/in) Rear
    9K (504lbs/in Front / 9K (504lbs/in) Rear
    10K (560lbs/in Front / 9K (504lbs/in) Rear.

When I spoke to Rich for my Daytona IROC R/T. He said Daytona's are generally 6K front and 6K Rear or 7K rear. He said 8K is very stiff and 5K is a bit light.

I was going to post this question soon as I am planning to order a set.

I would probably go with 8 or 9K in the front. I don't know about the rear. I think I have 8K springs on my CSX and Lancer, and they're nice.

I have 250lbs in the front and 150lbs in the back of my Omni, and I thought those are stiff.

Keep it soft you want you good ride on the street.

Anything 400lb/in or more is pretty jarring on the street. Will you be running slicks at all? I found that a near optimal street setup is too soft (ideally) for slicks. How heavy is the car? Bust out some vehicle dynamics books and see where the suspension frequencies end up. Corvette's are in the 1.4-1.8Hz range for comparison and that is considered "soft" for track use.
