    Transmission cable retaining clip

    I'm looking for the small clip that holds the rear shift cable eyelet on to the transmission shaft. (not the one that holds the cable in place)

    This clip? I used readily available stainless e-clip with washer. I've also used stainless hairpin style clips too. Those sheet metal clips were pretty flimsy and rusted badly in the salt belt.

    Those sheet metal clips can be had at mcmaster if so desired.

    I used them for the lower mounting pin/pivot on my hatch shocks.
    1994 Shadow Sedan. 2.2 N/A, A568 355,000 miles. (In the family since new).
    1987 Shelby CSX #418. Long term rebuild and restore.
