None of the turbo L-bodies came with cruise so the GLHS won't have it. My 87 CSX doesn't have it and I can't recall seeing any that did. I'm not sure about the Lancer since it was more of a luxury car.
A factory Cruise setup can be added to any of these models, it's been done before and isn't too difficult.
