How do I convert a factory SMEC Bin file to work with MPTune?

I am wanting to work with factory V6 and V8 SMEC Bin files in MPTune.
Is there a program that does this?
    Looking for some guidance.
    Thanks

depends on the v6 and v8 cals. i've converted a couple stock cals to the mptune format. what particular smec bins do you have?

The Bins I have are from factory smec V6 and V8 dakota's. I pulled them directly from the computers I have. So they have not been made MPTune ready. Right now I am interested the 5.2 V8. I have several that are all different. I have two 5.2L ones a 3 speed and other 4 speed automatics. I also have both Shelby Dakota, stock and performance. Ultimately I would like to be able work with them in MPTune. I have socketed a 5.2L that was a 3 speed with the Shelby preformance cal. Everything worked except the tach. Would like to get the tach working. The Shelby computer controlled the electric fans. When a factory 5.2L computer is installed in a Shelby Dakota the fans run all the time. I also have a 89 SMEC V6 Dakota that I would not mind messing with. I understand that this is another project for someone to take on. That's why I would like to try to do it. If I can't get it done then I would be up to paying someone.
