New FB group for MPSuite support (MPSciLink, MPScandroid, MPTune & MPScan)

Going to give this a try, and see if this facebook group will help to provide support for help with these software products. The goal is more timely support and see if this interface is easier. And would open the possibility of maybe livestream support.
If you'd like to be part of the group, go here to request being added: (let me know if this link doesn't work)

While you might get good amount of traffic, you lose the ability to do a good search or follow someone's progress of troubleshooting.

Yes, I am aware. And, I'm not a fan of FB for that reason.
But I have spent considerable time over the phone, or messaging, or via chat to support folks. As well as email and the forums.
I'm most interested in seeing if the livecast feature would be a benefit, to do a realtime support or tech session to a larger group, and get realtime feedback and questions.

And hoping it will work to get support quicker for the customer, and quicker for us to get the messages.

If it doesn't work well for both sides we can disolve it.

I hope we can use it to capture a number of FAQ's and have them tied to the website as we grow.

Just applied. I don't do the cell phone thing. Still working with a desk top. If I understand MSCiLink I might get a cell phone.

It doesn't need to be a phone.
Any cheap android tablet should work too. It does have to be android OS though.

My Window 7 laptop works with MPSuite....MPScandroid works only with an Android device and is needed for remote control MPSciLink.

MPSuite will work on XP to Windows 10. It'll work in Mac if you have VMware workstation installed.
