    Adding a sensor to Megasquirt

    Hi all.

I am adding a fuel pressure sensor to MS3X. It's a .5-4.5v 0-100psi sensor, and I have it wired to SpareADC. I am looking through the manuals trying to figure out how to create a gauge and a datalog output for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Mike

Thanks, Guys. I will let you know tonight if this all works. Lots of family activity today.

Also had my Innovate wideband controller finally die last night. I ordered an AEM, and hoping that it will be as easy to calibrate as people say.

If you're using a 4.9 sensor unit, there shouldn't be any calibration of the sensor. Thank goodness there's no more of that "free air" nonsense.

Mine didn't require calibration. Just screwed it in, and started it up...

Wasn't so much worried about calibration of the unit itself, but calibrating TunerStudio to read the same as the WB display. Turns out, it was easy as pie.

For the fuel pressure sensor, I am just tapping into a 0-5v sensor that is used for my AutoMeter fuel pressure gauge. For the 02 sensor, I went with an AEM 30-4110.
