Three wires.....
1. pinkish/white stripe
2. blue/black strip
3 green/red stripe
Which one is the signal output wire?
...and was wonder what the other ones go to/do.
But right now I need to know the signal wire.

i believe that green and red is the signal wire black and blue is ground and the other is the 5v input
also was told this......
Guessing that pinkish one is signal. Black/blue is sensor ground. Green/red is +5v
Hummmmm.....

Power, signal, ground, in that order if I'm not mistaken.
Green/red tracer is signal to computer, violet/white tracer is 5v power in (also feeds TPS), black/light blue tracer is signal ground (which, incidentally, goes to the computer, not directly to chassis).
See...couple others told me the other way around.
violet is signal and
green/red is 5v.

I believe it's the same for all the cars. dark green with red tracer is the signal. Violet with white tracer is the power, and black with the light blue tracer is the ground.

I decided to just buy the kit with the built in map sensor and not needing to know.
Even the Chrysler wire book says violet is signal...so now I can go forward with my
project and not work about the right wire.

What I posted should be correct. It's the same for the 87 cars too.
