    unknown smec 88 or 89 "101" calbration

i have a 88 or 89 smec sitting in my garage that has no sticker on it. pulled the top board and the sticker on the chip says 101. not other markings that i can see.

anyone know what this might be to?

    thanks

    No 101 listed here: http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/kn...cu_listing.pdf

If the 60 pin connector is gray, it's turbo.

I found in the 1989 pats list http://www.glmwpg.com/ServiceManuals/

    hmmmmm strange.

im thinking of the vehicles that rolled through my yard over the years and i dont know where that ecu may have come from. i had an 89 lebaron gtc 2.5 t1 auto that seems to make sense for the engine/trans config except that it was a J body. someone may have switched the controller at some point. when i socket it someday, ill be gentle with the chip and pull the cal for comparison.

Brian, according to said document, it was installed on H,G,P and J bodies after 10-5-88. J body, we have a match for the win!
