You haven't been? My favorite part is always that miniature train that he has which runs through the property. The canopy keeps you out of the sun, and the AC units in the individual cars make the ride between each warehouse so much better than walking or driving. He let me wear the engineer hat and drive the train once. It was pretty sweet.
