Re: New Budget Limited Slip Differentials

While we are working on installing and testing these Limited Slip Differentials we just wanted to provide information regarding their design and function. These units are similar to the Eaton True Trac LSDs. The difference is a fourth pinion gear is added for enhanced strength. A video with details can be found here:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZmsY2YvVsc

Once we have verified they will withstand the abuse our customers will be dishing out we will initiate the group buy. Unlike the OBX style there are no Belleville springs so there is no reason to disassemble these units. We have attached a few photos here to share what they look like inside.

    Thanks for everyone's patience!

We are progressing along. Still in the testing phase though. We will not release until we have put the units through a plethora of abuse.

    Thanks for checking in,

So far it has held up nicely in a heavy vehicle with well over 500 lbs of torque.

We will be taking pre-orders in a new thread shortly.

Yes, the unit was designed to fit the T350 tranny.

    Thanks for everyone's patience!
