T2 2.2 Header or upgraded exhaust manifold

I am trying to mock-up this custom tubular header I got a few years back on here and its not fitting with my new V-trim turbo. If anyone has any tips to make this header work I would also greatly appreciate those! Looking to trade this for a TU header or anything else you got at this point. Let me know what you got and what you are looking to get. Thanks in advance

Wonder what turbo it was made for?
That flange positioning is tight. Would have to be a big A/R turbine housing to reach in there?
    Your turbine housing twin scroll?

Port out that stock exhaust manifold and just use that.

I don't even see how you can access the stater with that thing on, never mind the axle, turbo, hoses, etc... Not worth the trouble.

That looks like a BBQ set up for the stock starter.

I'll ship you a factory exhaust manifold. 25$.
It's heavy and i'm in florida.
port it out. or have some whizz bang guy port it out.
that looks miserable to dealer with .

    Edit *

isnt that a stock exhaust manifold in the picture?
    just bolt it on.

+1 to the above. The stock exhaust manifold isn't the restriction. Chrysler engineers proved that years ago.

Need more proof? Just look at Shadow's Charger. He's running 10 second 1/4's, and he's running a heavily ported stocker.

That header you have looks like a nightmare in the making. I see lots of broken welds & pipes in your future, along with being virtually impossible to service....

Thanks guys! Would have loved to get this thing to work, but I agree that it is not worth it. Yes that is a stock exhaust manifold there in the photo. Does anyone have a ported stocker laying around? My 2 piece intake has a nice port job and just looking to let it breathe a bit more out the back if I can. This project is currently located in Virginia (long story) so anything shipped would be to Crozet VA 22932.

I've got a TU header, with >600 miles on it. It's drilled for both Chrysler and T3 flanges. Pm me if you're interested.
