Help needed! Cal for an 86 glhs

    Hi All,

I am in need of a good known cal for an 86 GLHS. Car has a socketed LM, but the current FWDP cal is way too rich a idle. Obviously anyone who helps will be paid for their services, just let me know pricing. I can pm engine specifics. Thanks!!

I am in Canada and have burned chips for Todd (4Lbodies) and they worked. If you don't find someone closer LMK.
If it helps MeanMini get out of the shop, I will send for free!!

    Lol! Thanks Miles!
I'm on a smec, so this is likely for another customers car.

Brian, if i can help somehow, let me know. If you don't have access to the current cal, you are welcome to use the device in Mini to try and pull the bin file from the glhs. Then someone may be able to simply make some cal changes for you.

The 86 has the same diagnostic plug like the van, or no?

Wayne, The 86 is the two chip (upper and lower) LM. I have the bin and they can also be found here on the forum as

PS I also had an 89 Turbo Caravan SE but should have never let it go.

To clarify, I have burned chips for an 86 GLHS and end user said the cal worked great

There is also this. +40 and small injectors and a mild setup wouldn't be hard. Larger injectors and ported everything will be more difficult to get correct from afar.
