    Selling or Wanted Price: $500.00

Description: It’s time to thin the heard. For Sale is my 1 owner 1986 Dodge Omni GHLT. I bought it new in March 1986. In the early 2000’s I converted it over to TII, but when I drove it the engine would surge and cut out, so I was going to convert the wiring harness to 1988 TII specs, figuring an issue with the factory wiring harness. It has the 1986 Mopar Performance/Shelby TII Logic Module in it now. Needless to say I didn’t get very far with life, job changes, moving, and several other projects getting in the way…and the last few years I realized I’m never going to have the time to do anything with it. It doesn’t have the original engine or transmission, they were replaced probably 2 decades ago, and, if I’m remembering correctly, both should have way less than 100K on them, probably around 60K, the chassis, probably not much more than 100K. The turbo is a stock TI with the inlet flange modified by cutting off the nipple, boring out the center, and having a new nipple welded to the flange. The radiator/intercooler was a new unit for a Daytona, I believe, and the alternator was changed and relocated…the upper bracket, holding the turnbuckle I machined to also hold the coil. As you can see by the pictures it is very dusty, as it is stored in one of those Harbor Freight portable garages (which is now falling apart) for the last 3 years, before that in my garage for about 7 years. It hasn’t been on the road, or started since 2000 or 2001. I would say it is about 95% complete, all of the ground effects are there, can’t find the covers for the fog lights. Aftermarket wheels, and I should have the originals somewhere. There are no locks at all (Ignition switch, glove box door, hatch, and doors). The sun roof I installed in June of 1986 for a road trip to Arizona in July, this is a non A/C car. Although it does hold sentimental value to me, it’s the last car I bought new, I’m not factoring that into my selling price. I would like to get $500.00. Must be picked up, you will need a trailer. Please message me here for any questions.
