    Trying to set rev limiter on a LM?

    I took a picture of where I think I'm supposed to set the Rev limiter but I'm not understanding the values. In the "table description" it has info but I'm not sure what it means.

    Table description is only filled out clearly for a few of the items, I believe the upper is where you set the RPM where it cuts out and the lower is the RPM it has to drop to to get the engine to turn the fuel back on.

    Re: Trying to set rev limiter on a LM?

    For the LM, the rev limiter is actually set by the distributor PW - basically the inverse of the RPM. To calculate the limiter value, divide 30,000,000 by the RPM you want it set to. Then input that value (in decimal) to the table.

    So, for 6,000rpm rev limit --> 30,000,000 / 6,000 = 5000d or 1388h
