    Sealed Beam Adjusting Springs

    Hey there,

I am trying to find a pair of Sealed Beam Adjusting Springs for my GLH.

    Part # 5201386

Omnipotent has a headlamp kit, but all I need are the springs....

anyone know of a good replacement to use as 5201386 is discontinued and i wasn't able to find one on the Dorman website...

    Thanks,
    Dominic

You're right Dominic. $24 is way too much for two little springs BUT sometimes we've just gotta bite the bullet. BTW, I'm not sure where Omni-Potant is sourcing their adjusters in that kit, but if they're from Dorman their junk(the little holding ears on the sides break off when you install them) and have been junk for long enough that Dorman must know it and they just keep selling them on the "HELP RACKS" and do nothing to right the wrong!

I would put a WTB post out - at one time I had a half dozen I could have sent you. I don't any more.

A auto body supply usually has that sort of hardware.
