    Logic Module Socket Solder

I had my logic module socketed by a friend at work. I noticed on the back of the board there is 2 posts that are jointed together by solder. I am not sure if this was supposed to be like this or not. I asked the person that did it and they thought they where supposed to be like that but they weren't 100% sure so rather than chance frying something I figured I would see if someone could take a look at the back of their logic module. It's the 2 that are circled with the arrow

    Thanks For any help!
