    Plymouth TC3

I have always wanted to own aTD charger, unfortunately no chance to find one in europe.
Today I found this car for sale :
    https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/10...31.htm?ca=21_s

It looks like an old Charger.
It is powered by a VW engine, with an auto trans.
Reading wikipedia, this trans may be a A404.

    My question is : can I put a 2.2 or 2.5L engine and a A413 w/o a lot of mods ?
Do the parts from the charger (struts, arms, ...) are direct bolt on ?

    thanks for your inputs.

In My mind I hear Yes, the 2.2L or the 2.5L will drop in. Can't say for sure whether the engine supports that are welded to the frame extensions are the same or not? Rock Auto should have all three motor mounts you need tho'. You'd be looking for the early Daytona L-body parts OR the '82 or '83 L-body Dodge Rampage. I'd expect the radiator outlets to be different from the 1.7L as well. Good luck with it, Jer

A 2.2/2.5 should bolt right in, BUT, you will need to use early(78-83) 2.2L mounts. In 84 they changed the L-body mounts. That looks like a fun project. I almost bought one like it back in high school. The one I was looking at was an 83 TC3 2.2 Miser. Just didn't work out... Which was a good thing, I ended up with my Scamp instead...

It would be a hoot to be hammering around Europe in that.
