Although not 75 lb/hr these numbers are the closest I could find. Just came in 20 minutes ago from testing these numbers and the car starts easier and idles smoother. Now that may be due to something else but this is what I'm going to run with through tuning and see how it goes.
I used the following:
cc/min: 756
lb/hr: 72
10 volt: 1.22 mSec
11 volt: 1.03 mSec
12 volt: 0.87 mSec
13 volt: 0.74 mSec
14 volt: 0.63 mSec
15 volt: 0.54 mSec
