As much as it pains me, the other site has a link to downloadable to Chrysler parts catalog in pdf format.

You can look up the part number yourself then go to a Chrysler online parts store and see if is available. That's what I do. If the part is NLA, sometimes you can search http://arizonaparts.com/ for what you are looking for.
BTW I use the FWD performance oil/water line kit in my car.

The originals are no longer available. There are differences between early TI, TII and Later TI if you look for an OEM replacement.
The AN style sold by FWD and Turbos Unleashed are much better and less likely to fail.
Or, use the old hose ends to have your local auto parts store to make up a custom one out of high temp high pressure hydraulic hose.

"The sole condition which is required in order to succeed in centralizing the supreme power in a democratic community, is to love equality, or to get men to believe you love it. Thus the science of despotism, which was once so complex is simplified, and reduced . . . . to a single principle."
-- Alexis de Tocqueville
"One of the methods used by statists to destroy capitalism consists in establishing controls that tie a given industry hand and foot, making it unable to solve its problems, then declaring that freedom has failed and stronger controls are necessary."
--Ayn Rand
"To evolve, you don't need a Constitution. All you need is a legislature and a ballot box . . . . things will evolve as much as you want. All of these changes can come about democratically; you don't need a Constitution to do that and it's not the function of a Constitution to do that."
-- Justice Antonin Scalia
Yep. O'Reilly's makes hoses now. I always make my own out of AN fittings. The way I do it, you can remove the lines with the head on the car, but it is more expensive than buying the kits from TU or FWD. Although, I'm using Al fittings, while the kits offered use the steel JIC fittings.
if the steel ends are still ok then simply cut the old rubber hose and it's compression clamps off and re[place with a new section of hose and two clamps .. simple and free fix if you have a couple of classes,MPs and a piece of hose
Stainless lines for the sake of "cool" is for kids and unneeded
If the steel line is rotated then you have an issue
The OE pieces are no longer available from Mopar. Anybody that has a NOS one wants a fortune for it. Truth is, the braided kits from FWP or TU are the most reasonable replacements. That's why I bought them. Certainly wasn't for bling, if you've seen my engine bay...
