Description: 1999 dodge neon rt srt swap
1999 neon rt with a srt engine bolted to a t350 transmission swapped by Kyle at the performance swap shop here in pa. Motor was out of a low mileage wrecked 2005 srt4. Full engine and dash wiring and even emissions equipment hooked up. 51k on engine over 300k on body.
Engine is bone stock other than an upgraded wastegate and 3" o2 housing and down pipe. Stock srt exhaust out back no cat with downstream o2 sensor spacer
Stock t350 transmission other than diff pin savers and a clutchmasters stage 2 Kevlar clutch.
Suspension has all poly bushings and bolted to bc coilovers bought and installed last year.
Wheels are bbs rx2 off of a vw.

Things it needs
Brakes should be gone over as they just don't grab like they used to after coming down from higher speeds a few times. Replaced the front hoses as they were collapsing causing the brakes to stick. Calipers seem to move ok. But brakes still don't grab like they should. Also the brake lines going over the tank area should probably be replaced.
Dash has cracks and should be replaced along with steering wheel leather peeling.
Sunroof needs a sunroof dr kit. Cable pulled out of the plastic. Works great other than that.
Turbo may need rebuilt as I have oil in the intercooler plumbing. Still pulls 16lbs any time I want.
Car has keyless entry with key fob. One of the door switches went bad and was making the car unlock itself so I removed the switches for the locks
Will need new.
Pass side window regulator super slow.
Paint fading and clear coat peeling.
No air conditioning like most swaps. I have most of the parts that would go with
Purge solenoid is bad for the evap system throwing a cel. No active cels when that's fixed
The only reason I'm selling this car is I never drive it since I got a company vehicle and also want to fund to build my 86 shelby charger. I daily drive this car for over a year and it has been very good to me. I would drive it anywhere. Very solid with no real rust.
Looking for older turbo dodge common block engine and 555 523 568 transmission that can be used for Partial trade if interested.
