2008 stage 1 caliber srt4 bog out

Hey guys, my names Jack and I own a 2008 Dodge Caliber srt 4 with the mopar stage 1. Recently I have been noticing after my car is warm and has been driven, that at either 5th-6th gear as I pull, my boost will build, but, it seems as if it bogs out I try and push the pedal down further but I hear it from my exhaust as if my fuel pump maybe isn't pumping enough to push me? I'm just confused and cannot figure it out. It only happens when I am trying to build boost (as if I was racing someone). You can feel it in the pedal as if it wasn't pushing me anywhere, like high speeds. It'd be awesome if someone could help me out, if anyone knows please get back to me, thanks.
