I read around and seems a lot of people like the stock oil pump mine i believe was stock had the 4 bolt top and aluminum body. Do they make these anymore or is it just the stock replacement melling pump # M-118?? IF so does anyone have a part #

The aluminum body was the early pump. Chrysler later switched to cast iron for all of them.
You can still get new, factory pumps on ebay:

if i found a NOS mopar aluminum body one would that be better or the cast?
I read that some like the alum do to saving a little weight but some say it wears quicker.
I doubt you will fine one, but you never know. Chrysler switched due to the better wear characteristics of cast iron. I installed the high volume Mopar pump in my 2.2 years ago(which was just a 2.5 pump), and it has always worked very well. It originally had the aluminum bodied version.
The 2.5's ran the higher volume pump due to the balance shafts...
ok cause i found a new old stock mopar pump in the box for $63 and i don't have to worry about them shafts anymore
Since it's been a couple of months, I won't feel guilty about hijacking this thread.
I've got a NOS baffled oil pan coming, so I want to replace the pump and screen while I'm at it. However, I'm getting confused between some NOS Mopar pumps/screens and some Melling.
Here's what got me thinking: http://minimopar.net/perf/bottomend.html It recommends not to use the high performance pump as it isn't necessary and drags on the HP. Offers a couple of other mods to improve performance.
I can get the pump on eBay that your link references, just will need to match it with the right screen. Or I can get a Melling that has both. I'm confused as to what would be the better oil pump & screen to get. Here are some links from eBay:

What kind of pan are you using? 2.2 non common block? 2.2 common block? 2.5 balance shaft pan?
84 Rampage 2.2L non-common block. I just purchased a NOS Mopar Performance baffled oil pan for the non-common block, want to replace the pump and pickup tube while I'm at it. Just want to make sure that I'm getting the right pump and tube. I now have some pics that shoe the pump up close. Link to eBay site http://www.ebay.com/itm/142262734262
