so what are you doing with the rest of the fiberglass front end, hanging it on the wall in your garage and make it look like a consulier is crashing through...

That's a good idea. Not sure my wife will like it but hey...

Does the bottom of the car have a lip where the bumper attaches?
Yes it does. If you look at pictures of my red race car , it is easier to see.

Is it an actual lip that dips in or a body line? I looked at a few different pictures on johnny's site and it seem like there are a few possible different front ends. My car is the unfinished roadster #34.

They look better without. Kind of like the back of an Omni or 240z. Car looks amazing in matte black primer. Reminds me of the Redux Intruder.. sinister.

On the race car we are going to attach with dzus clips for easy removal, and will add a small splitter. The blue car lifts at speed , can be "cheek squeezing" moment when the front end gets super loose.
Don't know how they drag raced it ,I would have needed a diaper!

Install new bumper, replace headlights, and the small stuff-a/c stopped working as well as some other lights and gauges, but the end is in sight.
I drove it around the block today , first time in months!

Wow, Looks gorgeous! Let us know if the headlight buckets you ordered are the right ones.
Looks great! So glad to here and see the results are this good. This car deserved a perfect result.
Are you planning to upgrade those lights to the H4 ones? That might be a visual improvement too, or at least improve your vision at night.

Looks like it was high density foam and fiberglass construction from the cross section pictures. Am I right?
