So we are making some more progress. Flash made of bumper , making the mold now , lights installed ( headlight pillaged from race car till I have time to stop at Rossion)

Soo got it all just about done when Presto....the old Dent in the front fender returned!! But wait , it's an entirely new fender.
The ghost of dents past returned.
So it turns out the head light mounting frame is too narrow and when tightened pulled the fender down, and thus the dent!!
Headlight pulled out Dent goes away , thank God. New headlight mounting hardware being fabricated now.

For how strong that section of the fender is, it almost sounds like someone over torqued the mounting hardware to be able to distort the fender. Interesting either way!

You would think, but the car had that Dent from back when it was new.
The head light mounting bracket is different on this side compared to the other side. And different from the red race car.
