91 iroc fuel pump and fuel filter quick connect fuel system woes

anybody know offhand what sizes the quickconnects are on the fuel pump and fuel filter on the 91 style fuel lines? my connects are fine but the hoses are done.

trying to match them up to a dorman part before i just say screw it and refab the whole deal.

im also looking to see if anybody has recently replaced a gas tank and how they got the vent out of it. I can find the vent to buy new, but i cant find the gasket. about to cut it out with a zip... few options there.

255 TRE perfromance 255lph pump fit well in the OEM basket. I bought a complete replacement pump off rockauto and the TRE pump will not fit in it. Food for thought for anybody else.

It's pretty much impossible to get the roll-over vent and bushing out. There is a jeep part number that fits our tanks perfectly, I'll see if I can dig it up

Hey thanks for the hint. The part spans quite a few years of jeep and ford. Called an EMSV-2 theres also an EMSV-1 which seems to be same part just doesnt have the grommet.

    Anyway thanks!!!

    Part number J5360058 and 52018823

I'm not 100% sure they fit on the 91, but they fit on the 87 and 89 for sure.

If you happen to locate a 1/4" QD please share the part number. 5/16 and 3/8 are very commonly found, not so much for the 1/4".

I know I've found them at O'Reilly's. I think they even had them in stock, although I had to drive to several different stores to get enough. I can't find them online right now, you may have to look through the catalog at the store. The ones I used were all straight, no 90° bends like the original ones, so the fuel lines had to be re-routed slightly.

Damn, I forgot to look today while I was at work (I work at Oreilly's). Pretty sure I've seen them there also.
