Anything with Roadhouse in the title sounds like a good spot, I have a business meeting in Tucson Sept 9/10. I was supposed to fly in friday but if I can work in an extra day I'd be down for the meet. Any chance the Roadhouse has any adult entertainment? You know like attractive professional girls trying to earn a living any way they can?

Logan's is a steakhouse, sorry no adult entertainment, but we are about 2 miles from ASU which just started classes last week.

Thanks AJ, solid offer, same goes for you if you come out this way. How about a nice underpowered TBI LeBaron 'Vert to drive around in? My 15.5 year old Daughter has talked her Grandma into buying her a 'first car' as this one I built for her isn't what she wants. Kids...

The meet may be off for me, one of the prominent instructors for the training lab (a Neurosurgeon) wants the venue changed to Henderson instead of Tucson. Hmm, any coincidence that this guy loves to hang out in Vegas

I'm happy with a place to crash since I usually drive out there, transportation isn't what I need.

My first car was a '91 2.5 TBI Shadow my parents gave me in 93 to come to Phoenix from NH to attend U.T.I. I was happy with that. I crashed it on my way back to NH and used the insurance money to by my first TD, an '88 Dodge Daytona 2.2 T-I.

Just a reminder...Pass to anyone not on T-M. The initial plan is to show up around 7pm and shoot the ---- for about half an hour, then go inside to chow down and continue the conversations. Once everyone is stuffed we can head back outside.

Good turn out for our first meet. Eight vehicles made it, 1 CSX, 1 turbo-van, 1 Daytona IROC RT, 3 Shelby GLHS', 1 Shelby Daytona, & 1 Shelby Charger GLHS. We agreed on the second Thursday of every month to copy California's meet but not to infringe on it in case someone wants to attend both.

Great plan, I'll make it to one of them! Thursdays are perfect, even *if* the meet goes late anyone can drag arse thru a Friday at work. Heck, I've been following that plan for 23 yeas with the CaSDAC Applebees meets

We called it a night around 10:30. I wanted to stay later but I had to get up to volunteer at 4:30 today. Next time I'll make sure I don't have anything scheduled early the next day.
