This fits the old log style intake manifold and is a great restoration part. I purchased this new from Dodge in 2007 and used it very briefly before I switched to the new style intake. That's the vacuum connection that screws into the TI log intake. The very rare fuel pressure regulator receives vacuum / pressure signal from the smaller port of the vacuum connection.
I also have the fuel pressure regulator which was working when removed from the car.
