    WTB: Bulkhead connector pins/wiring

I'm needing some bulkhead connector pins to complete an SMEC wiring harness swap into my Shelby Lancer. I have most of the swap done, but it turns out the 50-pin male bulkhead connector I spliced on doesn't quite have enough of the small male pins to finish all the circuits. I'd also love to find the rubber boot that goes over the bulkhead connector to keep moisture out.

If anybody has a junk harness with this connector, a whole 50-pin male style bulkhead w/pigtail, or just a few of the right pins/wiring, please PM me.

A tattered old '87 Shelby Lancer under hood harness would work great also.

    Re: WTB: Bulkhead connector pins/wiring

The '90 Daytona probably would not work because after about '88 or so (except Caravans), they reversed the sex of the bulkhead plug and relocated it from the firewall to under the dash. So, the pins I need would probably exist on the '90 Daytona, except they would be part of the under dash harness instead. I can't say for certain though since I don't know the G-bodies all that well.

I'm actually replacing the SBEC harness that I made for my SL years ago. I used a '91 Lebaron GTC harness and had to cut the 50-pin female bulkhead off and solder on a 50-pin male bulkhead from my old SL harness. I'm having to do the same thing now that I'm converting the car to SMEC with a Masi 16v harness.

An original Shelby Lancer under hood harness would be great to supply all the bits I need, but I would have to butcher it to make this work. I'm really hoping somebody out there has a crappy one I can cut up (missing pieces, burnt fuse links, tattered loom/tape is OK).

I have a complete 87 New Yorker harness I would sell for $50. It's always nice to have a complete harness when you need some wires.

Look around at places like Auveco or Mouser. We were able to find the bulkhead pins for the 40-pin L-body and the SBEC pins for a Spirit RT.
